It’s truly fitting that my career brought me to IE Construction. My mother was an accomplished electrical engineer for GE, and my father owned a construction company.

I have amassed 10+ years of operational leadership experience working across multiple industries. My drive to learn new business models led me to the solar sector joining IE Construction in 2021. I am committed to building cohesive, cross functional teams through equitable training practices and consistent coaching. As a highly motivated individual I look to continuously build and improve processes within my organizations.

Holding a B.S. and M.S. from Texas State University, I am passionate about lifelong learning and continue to find avenues for growth on a personal and professional level. I have two Aussie pups that keep me busy but I also enjoy playing tennis, checking out new restaurants or spending time with family and friends.
